PHILOSOPHY

The Idea

THE BEACON by ODG is a contemporary residential development in Achimota, offering secure, community‑focused apartments and houses designed around safety, comfort, and a clear sense of place. Conceived as a modern refuge within a quiet urban pocket, the project emphasizes controlled access, thoughtful planning, and human‑scale living that provides protection without sacrificing openness or ease. Construction will be delivered in two phases: seven houses in the first phase, followed by the apartment building in phase two.
